Please provide at least 90 minutes of venue access before guest arrival for load-in, setup, sound check, and a clean presentation. Setup and breakdown are outside your entertainment coverage time.

Venue access and setup
This experience requires additional venue access beyond the Signature setup window. We arrive early enough to prepare and test separate ceremony, cocktail-hour, and reception audio before pre-ceremony music begins as guests are seated. The exact arrival time is confirmed with your venue and planner.
What your guests experience
Everything in The Signature, plus complete ceremony audio. Music begins as guests arrive and find their seats, then follows the full ceremony sequence: processional entrances, vows, readings, a sand or unity ceremony, religious or cultural traditions, and the recessional. Lapel and/or handheld wireless microphones can support the officiant, couple, and readers when venue conditions and weather permit. A battery-powered wireless cocktail-hour system can then serve a separate room or outdoor location—ideal for a barn, tent, courtyard, or garden—while carrying the same musical atmosphere seamlessly into the reception.
What the lighting means
Full-room wireless uplighting places elegant columns of color around the walls of your venue. We select a color that complements your design, then can transition the room into a more energetic look once dancing begins. Your custom first-dance edit is prepared in advance for a clean, intentional moment.
