For me, music isn't just about playing tracks; it's about tapping into the heartbeat of a celebration. Growing up, the sounds of Salsa, Merengue, and Cumbia weren't just background noise – they were the soundtrack to family gatherings, the rhythm that brought aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents together on the dance floor. That infectious energy, that ability of music to bridge generations and evoke pure joy, is what sparked my passion and led me down the path to becoming a DJ.

While my love for all kinds of music runs deep, Latin rhythms hold a special place. It's the music I understand instinctively, the pulse I feel. Early on in my DJ journey here in the Boston area, I saw a real need – not just for someone who could play Latin hits, but for someone who understood the cultural significance behind them. Someone who knew that a Quinceañera isn't just a party, but a cherished rite of passage, or that a wedding playlist needs to cater to tíos who love classic boleros just as much as cousins who want the latest Reggaeton.

Serving the vibrant Hispanic community throughout Boston – from Eastie to Jamaica Plain, and out into surrounding cities like Chelsea, Lawrence, and here in my home base of Quincy – has been incredibly rewarding. It's about more than just playing songs; it's about connecting with people. That's why being fully bilingual in Spanish and English is so fundamental to what I do. It allows me to seamlessly MC an event, making sure everyone feels included, from the abuela who speaks primarily Spanish to the college friends chatting in English. It means clear announcements, smooth transitions, and the ability to engage with guests on a personal level, ensuring the energy stays high and the event flows perfectly.
